究竟香港青年人係求 好似李家誠,作為十幾間公司嘅主席,有一個四千幾億嘅王國, 定係要求一份唔係每年續約嘅合約工作,三五年可以儲到首期,供十年十五年供甩.

What about young people’s increasing complaints about a lack of social mobility?
“That’s a very pessimistic view of their own future,” Tang said. “ Bill Gates was very young. He did not even complete his college education. He became very wealthy by being innovative. Steve Jobs became very wealthy, also first-generation wealth … We have people who can accumulate wealth if they are innovative, work hard and take risks.”
Tang said every young person who complained about the success of Li Ka-shing should ask the soulsearching question: “Why can’t I become the next Sasa? What can’t I become the next Milan Station? Why can’t I become the next Li Ka-shing?”
His comments mirrored a controversial public speech he gave in January. Speaking on the theme “Dissatisfaction of the post-’80s generation”, he criticised young people for simplifying social problems by claiming government-business collusion, and warned that excessively radical protests could backfire.
Tang speaks out against anti-mainlander sentiment
The number of babies born to mainland women without a Hong Kong husband rose sharply in the past 10 years – from just 620 in 2001to 32,653 last year, a 52-fold increase. Public hospitals, their maternity services under strain, have banned mainlanders from giving birth here until the end of the year.
Tang said: “I don’t see a displacement effect that local mothers can’t get obstetric and paediatric services in local hospital because of increasing numbers of mainland women giving birth in Hong Kong.”
He said mainlanders usually bought luxury flats, purchases that do not significantly affect the mass property market.
The chief secretary did see difficulty brewing with the government’s target of allocating public rental flats to waiting-list applicants within three years.
“About half of Hong Kong people are owners of private residential flats,” Tang said. “They don’t want public housing estates built near their home.”
Tang, who chairs the Steering Committee on Population Policy, said the government was considering ways to make the city’s public services more portable across the border to benefit Hong Kong residents travelling to the mainland.
“When Hong Kong people travel to or work on the mainland, they may have more confidence in Hong Kong doctors,” he said.
“But we have to overcome some legal hurdles, such as whether the Hospital Authority is allowed to operate across the border.”
The speeches/opinion by Tang makes me think it was a ruling official talking about the future of the people separated from their own country. In simple term, HK is a colony of China. He should be the first one to be educated in ‘德育及國民教育 ’so that he knows the difference between a colonial officer and a ‘父母官’。
唐氐此言論在概念上跟STEVE JOBS回應IPHONE 4接收不能很相近。
The Insider Dealing Tribunal in Hong Kong had found Li Ka-shing to be culpable of “insider trading" in 1987.
